Background
NKO Corporate Plus is the productised arm of NKO Consulting, a management consultancy in Dubai. The vision: UAE businesses should be able to form a company, stay compliant and run their corporate affairs through one platform, with real experts behind every request.
The brief was not a website. It was a working product covering company formation, subscription billing, compliance, document management, support operations and HR, launched to the public under the NKO brand.
ByteBloom designed, engineered and launched the platform end to end: one accountable partner from first architecture to public launch. The engagement started with a structured discovery of the UAE corporate services market, producing a costed, prioritised plan before significant budget was committed.

Outcome
NKO now operates a live product under its own brand. Clients form a company through a guided setup covering every UAE jurisdiction, with live costs across 14 free zones and the mainland, and pay online without an email chain or a meeting.
Beyond formation, the platform runs the corporate back office: a compliance engine tracking licence renewals, corporate tax, VAT and annual filings with automatic deadlines, a secure document vault, a library of more than 40 legal templates, and corporate services from visa applications to banking, all ticketed and tracked in one place.
Leave, payslips and HR requests are handled in the same platform, with subscription plans, trials and seat licensing built in.
